What is ConceptDraw MEDICAL?
ConceptDraw MEDICAL is program for drawing schemes, charts and diagrams of medical and biochemical profile. It's based on ConceptDraw Professional, but adds a large collection of specialized library objects and images.

What can I use it for?
You can use it for many tasks, here is a brief list:

  • Prepare and conduct lectures
  • Illustrate projects and reports
  • Document experiments
  • Create schemes of chemical and molecular transformations
  • Illustrate interesting cases in medical practice
  • Describe genetic transformations

What should I buy - ConceptDraw Pro or ConceptDraw MEDICAL?
ConceptDraw Professional and MEDICAL are identical programs, the only difference is the set of library objects. ConceptDraw Pro comes with specialized libraries for engineers, architects, network and software specialists. MEDICAL has libraries for anatomy, immunology, biochemistry, stomatology and other.

How can I use library objects that come with the program?
The library object allow to create professional-looking drawings and diagrams without drawing skills. You just need to open the library you need (choose Library -> Open) and drag objects from the library window onto the drawing page.

Can I create my own libraries?
Yes. Choose New from the Library menu. An empty library window will appear. Drag the object you wish to add from the drawing page into the library window. As you release the mouse button, the object will be added to the library.
