Odessa, Ukraine, May 29, 2008 – CS Odessa announces the details of ConceptDraw Maintenance Program (CMP) which will be available upon the release of ConceptDraw Office. CMP will include software update service. All new and existing ConceptDraw product line users can benefit from CMP for an annual fee.

The software update service, as part of the CMP, ensures that customers always have the latest product feature updates. For the last 10 years, CS Odessa customers needed to purchase upgrades from one major release to the next, in order to take advantage of changes in functionality and to benefit from the latest updates to support their operating system. With CMP, all product upgrades over the purchased maintenance period will automatically be available for download and installation.

Oleg Bocharnikov, Head of Product Management for CS Odessa, states, “Developing a loyal exchange with customers is a high priority within our company. With our new ConceptDraw Maintenance Program, existing and potential users have the opportunity to preserve their investment in CS Odessa’s ConceptDraw products, and reduces the cost of ownership when looking forward two or three years.”

The new ConceptDraw Maintenance Program is only available at the time of a ConceptDraw software purchase. Once purchased, you may renew it on an annual basis. The cost of buying maintenance is less than the upgrade license price. The CMP enables customers to lock in software costs for the selected one or two year maintenance period.
