CS Odessa recently launched an initiative to better understand the satisfaction level of its customers. Working with a group of MBA students from Eller College at the University of Arizona, two customer surveys were designed with the intent of reaching out to over 3000 customers who had purchased a ConceptDraw product in 2007.

Over 7% of our customers, who were invited to participate, completed the two part survey that analyzed product and customer support levels. Results were gathered from ConceptDraw customers from over 60 countries.

Julia Fedorenko, Head of Marketing at CS Odessa comments on the customer survey, "We work hard to understand how our customers perceive our products and our level of service. Presently, we are focused on understanding how our customers feel post-purchase. We will then shift that focus to improve their experience. This survey targeted 2007 customers, with plans to follow-up in 2008 to gauge how we are progressing."

As part of the surveys, customers were asked to rank their level of product satisfaction from 5 to 1. Very Satisfied was represented by 5, with Very Unsatisfied being 1. Along with ranking product and services, customers were also given the opportunity to provide their own specific feedback.

ConceptDraw products scored high with ConceptDraw 7, ConceptDraw MINDMAP and ConceptDraw Project applications doing very well among 2007 customers.

Scores for each of the products respective to the supportive operating system can be found on our web site, as well as support level rankings.
