How are Summary Values of Project Phases Calculated

Not all summary phase values show the basic total of your task values. Some summary phase values such as Cost and Man-hour represent the total task values, and others such as Duration and Complete do not.

For example, ConceptDraw PROJECT calculates the Duration of a summary phase as the total work time between the earliest Start date and latest Finish date of its tasks.

As ConceptDraw PROJECT calculates the summary phase values, most of them cannot be edited. If you need to change one of the summary phase values, you must update the individual tasks.
