"Teamwork is "work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole" .
In a business setting accounting techniques may be used to provide financial measures of the benefits of teamwork which are useful for justifying the concept. Teamwork is increasingly advocated by health care policy makers as a means of assuring quality and safety in the delivery of services..." [Teamwork. Wikipedia]

Concept Mapping
Being usually a very complex process that requires a lot of skills, patience, time, and artistic abilities, the concept mapping process now is incredibly easy thanks to the Concept Maps Solution from the "Diagrams" Area of ConceptDraw Solution Park.ConceptDraw Arrows10 Technology
How should diagramming software work? The answer is - Fast and easy. "Tree"- mode drawing works like that. Just select objects in your drawing and press Tree or Chain button to connect all of them just in one click. Your diagram looks professional and it took only a moment to draw.Concept Maps
The technique of concept mapping was developed as a constructive way of representing knowledge in science and increasing the meaningfulness of learning. Now, the creation of a concept map is extremely helpful when used in education as learning and teaching techniques that assist memorization. Concept maps are also used for idea generation in brainstorming sessions, and for detailing the structure of complex ideas.
Concept Map
A concept map is a way of representing relationships between ideas, images, or words. How to draw a Concept Map quick, easy and effective? ConceptDraw PRO offers the unique Concept Maps Solution from the "Diagrams" Area that will help you! This house of quality sample illustrates VOC vs. technical requirements.

"As the customer needs and expectations are expressed in terms of customer requirements, the QFD team needs to come up with engineering characteristics (HOW’s) that will affect one or more of the customer requirements. Each engineering characteristic must directly affect a customer perception (VOC) and be expressed in measurable terms.
Implementation of the customer requirements in design is difficult until they are translated into counterpart technical characteristics. Counterpart technical characteristics are an expression of the voice of the customer in technical language and specifications. For example, a customer requirement for an automobile might be a smooth ride. This is rather an abstract statement, which is important from the point of view of selling an automobile. Technical characteristics for a smooth ride can be appropriate dampening, anti-roll, and stability requirements. These are the primary technical descriptors or characteristics. Engineering knowledge and brainstorming among engineering staff’s is a suggested method for determining technical characteristics. Figure 3-3 shows the different technical requirements which can address all VOC for the bike stem design." [nptel.ac.in/ courses/ 110101010/ modules/ module3/ lec1/ 1.5.html]

What Is a Concept Map
What is a Concept Map and what software is effective for its design? A concept map or conceptual diagram is a diagram that depicts suggested relationships between concepts. As for effective software - we suggest you to pay attention for the ConceptDraw PRO diagramming and vector drawing software. Extended with Concept Maps Solution from the "Diagrams" Area it is a real godsend for you.Business Process Flowchart
Cross-functional (deployment) flowcharts visualize what functional units (people, departments or functional areas) are responsible for the business process operations. The flowcharts are divided into rows/columns of functional units. Blocks of various shapes represent the process steps, and are placed in rows/columns of the responsible functional units.IDEF0 Flowchart Symbols
The modeling of business and business processes is not quite a simple process for both small-size businesses and large businesses. The IDEF0 method is one of the popular and easy methods of modeling the business as a complex system. It is based on the functional modeling language Structured Analysis and Design Technique (abbr. SADT) and is concentrated on the activity modeling. According to this method are constructed the IDEF0 Diagrams and IDEF0 Flowcharts, which are succesfully used not only for documenting the business, but also for analysis, development, integration of information and software systems, reengineering, etc. This method suggests the use of special IDEF0 Flowchart Symbols from the IDEF0 notation for construction the IDEF0 Flowcharts. ConceptDraw PRO diagramming and vector graphic software extended with IDEF0 Diagrams solution from the Software Development area of ConceptDraw Solution Park is rich for the powerful drawing tools, built-in templates and samples, and predesigned IDEF0 flowchart symbols.- Team psychological characteristics - Concept map
