"A Video Graphics Array (VGA) connector is a three-row 15-pin DE-15 connector. The 15-pin VGA connector is found on many video cards, computer monitors, and high definition television sets. On laptop computers or other small devices, a mini-VGA port is sometimes used in place of the full-sized VGA connector.
DE-15 is also conventionally called RGB connector, D-sub 15, mini sub D15, mini D15, DB-15, HDB-15, HD-15 or HD15 (High Density, to distinguish it from the older and less flexible DE-9 connector used on some older VGA cards, which has the same shell size but only two rows of pins).
VGA connectors and cables carry analog component RGBHV (red, green, blue, horizontal sync, vertical sync) video signals, and VESA Display Data Channel (VESA DDC) data. In the original version of DE-15 pinout, one pin was keyed by plugging the female connector hole; this prevented non-VGA 15 pin cables from being plugged into a VGA socket. Four pins carried Monitor ID bits which were rarely used; VESA DDC redefined some of these pins and replaced the key pin with +5 V DC power supply.
The VGA interface is not engineered to be hotpluggable (so that the user can connect or disconnect the output device while the host is running), although in practice this can be done and usually does not cause damage to the hardware or other problems. However, nothing in the design ensures that the ground pins make a connection first and break last, so hotplugging may introduce surges in signal lines which may or may not be adequately protected against. Also, depending on the hardware and software, detecting a monitor being connected might not work properly in all cases." [VGA connector. Wikipedia]

Electrical Symbols, Electrical Diagram Symbols
When drawing Electrical Schematics, Electrical Circuit Diagrams, Power Systems Diagrams, Circuit and Wiring Diagrams, Digital and Analog Logic Schemes, you will obligatory need the electrical symbols and pictograms to represent various electrical and electronic devices, such as resistors, wires, transistors, inductors, batteries, switches, lamps, readouts, amplifiers, repeaters, relays, transmission paths, semiconductors, generators, and many more. Today these symbols are internationally standardized, so the diagrams designed using them are recognizable and comprehensible by specialists from different countries. Electrical Engineering Solution included to ConceptDraw Solution Park provides 26 libraries with 926 commonly used electrical schematic and electrical engineering symbols making the reality the easy drawing of Electrical diagrams, schematics and blueprints. Now you need only a few minutes to create great-looking Electrical diagram, simply choose required electrical design elements from the libraries, drag them on the needed places at the document and connect in a suitable way.Example of DFD for Online Store (Data Flow Diagram)
Data Flow Diagram (DFD) is a methodology of graphical structural analysis and information systems design, which describes the sources external in respect to the system, recipients of data, logical functions, data flows and data stores that are accessed. DFDs allow to identify relationships between various system's components and are effectively used in business analysis and information systems analysis. They are useful for system’s high-level details modeling, to show how the input data are transformed to output results via the sequence of functional transformations. For description of DFD diagrams are uses two notations — Yourdon and Gane-Sarson, which differ in syntax. Online Store DFD example illustrates the Data Flow Diagram for online store, the interactions between Customers, Visitors, Sellers, depicts User databases and the flows of Website Information. ConceptDraw DIAGRAM enhanced with Data Flow Diagrams solution lets you to draw clear and simple example of DFD for Online Store using special libraries of predesigned DFD symbols.Network Glossary Definition
The network glossary contains a complete list of network, computer-related and technical terms in alphabetic order, explanations and definitions for them, among them there are words well known for you and also specific, rare-used, uncommon or newly introduced terms. This specialized glossary, also known as a vocabulary, is the best in its field and covers in details the various aspects of computer network technologies. This glossary was developed by specialists using the practical experience and many useful sources to help the ConceptDraw users in their work, you can read and learn it from the screen on-line or print, it can be also used as a perfect educational guide or tutorial. ConceptDraw DIAGRAM software extended with Computer and Networks solution is easy to draw various types of Network diagrams, Network topology diagrams, Computer networking schematics, Network maps, Cisco network topology, Computer network architecture, Wireless networks, Vehicular networks, Rack diagrams, Logical, Physical, Cable networks, etc. Desktop ConceptDraw DIAGRAM Software is a good Visio for Mac Os X replacement. It gives you rich productivity and quality of the produced diagrams.ATM UML Diagrams
The ATM UML Diagrams solution lets you create ATM solutions and UML examples. Use ConceptDraw DIAGRAM as a UML diagram creator to visualize a banking system.

Being a cross-platform application, ConceptDraw DIAGRAM is very secure, handy, free of bloatware and one of the best alternatives to Visio for Mac users.Electrical Symbols — Terminals and Connectors
An electrical connector, is an electro-mechanical device used to join electrical terminations and create an electrical circuit. Electrical connectors consist of plugs (male-ended) and jacks (female-ended). The connection may be temporary, as for portable equipment, require a tool for assembly and removal, or serve as a permanent electrical joint between two wires or devices. 26 libraries of the Electrical Engineering Solution of ConceptDraw DIAGRAM make your electrical diagramming simple, efficient, and effective. You can simply and quickly drop the ready-to-use objects from libraries into your document to create the electrical diagram.Android User Interface
The Android User Interface solution allows ConceptDraw DIAGRAM act as an Android UI design tool. Libraries and templates contain a variety of Android GUI elements to help users create images based on Android UI design.
