ConceptDraw STORE — Upgrades

The experienced development team consistently updates ConceptDraw products to stay relevant to business users' requirements. Each major update of ConceptDraw OFFICE brings many improvements and feature enhancements to the individual ConceptDraw products that comprise OFFICE.

Upon the release, any client who has previously purchased ConceptDraw OFFICE or individual products is entitled to upgrade one can easily get through STORE.

1. Run the ConceptDraw STORE.
2. Open the ConceptDraw Apps tab. It displays products available for upgrade.
3. Select the product and click the Buy button.

4. The ConceptDraw authorization page will be opened in your browser. Sign In to your account.

5. On the store page, select the Upgrade Information tab.

6. Press the button to submit the request on upgrade.

7. The next step is to confirm your eligibility to upgrade your ConceptDraw product at a special price. We recommend using your email address associated with your ConceptDraw account.

8. Complete your purchasing in our online store.

9. Return to the STORE window, open the Account panel and click the Synchronize button.

10. Press the OK button to complete the synchronization.

11. Come back to the ConceptDraw Apps tab and click the Install button. Download and will run in the background and install automatically.

Result: If you see the Open button  — this means that an application is successfully upgraded, installed and ready for use.
