How to Create Green Energy Infographics

This sample shows how solar PV systems work. Solar energy, a form of alternative energy, relies on the use of sunlight to generate electricity. The use of a renewable source makes solar energy environmentally friendly, without harmful waste. A photovoltaic (PV) system is composed of solar panels combined with an inverter and other electrical and mechanical hardware that use energy from the Sun to generate electricity. The electric current is distributed through electrical grids to residential premises and enterprises.

The ability to create infographics, schematics, and slides for presentations on the green energy industry is provided by the Green Energy solution. It extends ConceptDraw DIAGRAM with 14 libraries containing 272 scalable vector graphic objects that can be used when creating different illustrations related to the production and consumption of any kind of green energy. ConceptDraw DIAGRAM with the vector drawing tools extended with samples and libraries of the Green Energy solution is the ideal medium for creating designs of this type.

1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.
2. Reveal the Green Energy item in the Solutions panel.
3. Click the library preview to activate it in the Library panel.
4. Drag and drop the needed objects from the library to a document page. In our example, we additionally used some arrow shapes from the Sales Arrows library.

5. You can even import your own pictures and images to customize your infographics.
6. You can arrange the objects in your infographic relative to each other using the options presented in the Arrange & Size panel.

7. Add text — to activate the Text Tool select an object and start typing. To finish, click on an empty area on the page or press ESC.

8. Finally, you can present your drawing using the options provided in the Presentation panel.
