1. The members of a workgroup need to create personal accounts on conceptdraw.com
2. The person who administrates the ConceptDraw multi-user license can assign licenses to registered single users, using the Multi License form.
3. The end-user needs to install the ConceptDraw product on their computer.

The person who administrates the ConceptDraw multi-user license can reassign licenses between workgroup members.

1. Enter an email of a workgroup member you need to assign a license to the ConceptDraw users' database.
2. Open the Multi License form.
3. Click the email you want to change.
4. Make the necessary changes and click the “Assign User” button.

Result: The ConceptDraw license assigned to users will be delivered to the end-user’s computer automatically via the Internet.
