How to Create an Accounting Flowchart

An accounting flow chart is a specific type of flow chart. Actually different flowcharts used to facilitate various parts of a workflow of an accounting department. Accounting flowchart intended to support the creation of accounting documentation. It is used to show positions responsible for each piece of accounting workflow. The Accounting Flowcharts add-on to ConceptDraw DIAGRAM extends the basic edition of this diagramming software with a library that contains 12 vector shapes that can be used when representing the flow of data, documents, and tasks during performance of an accounting work process. Using the Rapid Draw functionality allows you to draw a flowchart quickly and easily. The only you need is to place the first object of your flowchart and select a directional arrow from the selected object. Rapid Draw will automatically add and connect the next object in your flow chart.

1. Open ConceptDraw DIAGRAM new document.
2. Find the Accounting Flowchart item in the Solutions panel.
3. Click the library preview to open it in the Library panel.
4. Add objects to the diagram by dragging them from the Accounting flowcharts library to the document page.
5. You can assign the library objects with Rapid Draw features using Rapid Draw item on the Shape menu.
6. Use Rapid Draw arrows to create new objects automatically.

7. Use the Smart Connectors tool if you need to add some additional connections to your drawing.

8. Use Line and Fill tools provided in the Format panel to customize the flowchart elements.

Result: With the help of an accounting flowchart you can visually describe the tasks, documents, people responsible for execution at each stage of accounting workflow.
