How To Make a PowerPoint Presentation of a Floor Plan

The ability to create a floor plan is delivered by the ConceptDraw Floor Plans solution. This solution contains libraries that include over than 600 objects of floor plan elements. There is a set of special objects that display the sizes, corners, squares and other technical details using the current measurements of units.

1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM, select the Floor Plans solution in the Solutions panel.
2. Open the Floor Plan Template and set the measurement units for your floor plan by clicking on the intersection of the vertical and horizontal rulers.

3. Create your floor plan using the “Dimensioning” library to indicate the sizes, corners, squares and other technical details using the current measurements of units.

4. Use multiple pages to create a separate plan for each location of your building. Add an additional pages to a document using the context menu of Page Navigator (View menu).

5. Export your multi page diagram as an MS PowerPoint® presentation using the Export option from the File menu.
