How to Create an Electrical Diagram

The ability to create electrical diagrams and schematic quickly and easily is contained in the Electrical Engineering solution. This solution extends ConceptDraw DIAGRAM with 26 libraries that contain near 1000 objects of electrical engineering symbols. You can use these objects to create and present various kinds of electrical diagrams with minimum efforts and time. So it has become quite easy to create circuits schemes, wiring diagrams, and blueprints, containing switches, relays, transmission paths, semiconductors, circuits, and etc.

1. Open ConceptDraw DIAGRAM new document page.
2. Select libraries from Electrical Engineering solution.
3. Add circuit elements to the diagram by dragging them from the proper library to the document page.

4. Some ConceptDraw libraries contain objects, identified by a blue tile in the library pane. Such objects can be edited by using the Action button menu. To open the menu select an object and click the  button in the upper right corner of the object.

5. Use the connector to show the connections of the electrical scheme details. Select the Smart Connector tool . To connect elements using this tool, drag the connector from one connect dot to another.

6. Use the embedded Styles provided in the Format panel to quickly customize your diagram appiarence.

Result: A professional and good-looking electrical diagram.
