How to Create a Map of Germany

Geographical thematic maps are used to display information on a variety of subjects. It is a common way of representing any form of spatial data in relation to a specific geographical area. ConceptDraw's Germany Map solution is a paid add-on for ConceptDraw DIAGRAM, that provides users with a collection of library objects, templates, and example drawings for ConceptDraw DIAGRAM makes short work of drawing maps that displays all of German states - from Bavaria to Bremen, showing major towns and cities.

1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.
2. Reveal the Germany Map item in the Solutions panel.
3. Open the library by clicking on its preview.
4. Double click on a proper object’s icon in the library to place it in the center of the document. The library object can be edited using the Action button menu. To open the menu click the action button in the upper right corner of the object.

5. Click on a single map object to select it. Next add text to the map. By dragging the control dots you can regulate the position of text.
6. Click on a single map object to select it. Use the options provided in the Format panel to customize the map appearance.

7. Finally, you can export your drawing to MS PowerPoint® and Adobe PDF using the Export options from the File menu.

Result: You can quickly create geographic maps, cartograms, and thematic maps for geographical visualization information for business and travels.
