How to Design a Mockup of Apple macOS Sierra GUI

User interface (UI) prototyping — is the initial stage of the application development, when the designer distributes functions on the application's screens and makes the mockup of screen controls, and their behavior. Prototyping helps in the process of creating high-quality user interfaces. Making the choice amongst a huge selection of apps in the AppStore, Mac users often prefer applications that have a design in the style of the latest version of the operating system. These apps look modern and stylish. 1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.
2. Reveal the Mac OS X User Interface solution on the solutions panel.
3. Open libraries from the Mac OS X User Interface section at the Libraries panel.


4. Add the Mac OS X interface elements to the mock-up using one of the following methods:
   •  Click on an object and then click on the document.
   •  Perform a drag-and-drop from the library to your document.
   •  Double click on an object’s icon in the library.
5. You can use control dots to change the interface element position.


6. To protect your drawing from any occasional changes, choose the Lock option in the context menu of the selected object and check the parameters you want to lock.


7. Finally, you can export your drawing as MS PowerPoint® and Adobe PDF files using Export options from the File menu.

Result: You can mock-up the Apple OS X User Interface system so that you can figure out how best to represent OS X user interface (UI) elements for the development of a new Applications.
