How to Create a Map Depicting the United Kingdom Counties and Regions

Geographical thematic maps are used to display information on a variety of subjects. It is a common way of representing any spatial data in relation to a specific geographical area. The United Kingdom Map solution is a paid add-on to ConceptDraw DIAGRAM, that provides users with a collection of library objects, templates, and example drawings make short work of drawing UK maps showing major counties, towns, and cities.

1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.
2. Reveal the United Kingdom Map solution in the Solutions panel.
3. Select the needed library and add map elements to the drawing by dragging them from the library to the document page.
4. Use the Action button menu to show/hide counties borders, counties names as well as capital and major cities.

5. Click on a single map object to select it. Next you can format a text using the Text panel. By dragging the control dots you can regulate the position of your text.
