How to Organize a Social Media Activity

ConceptDraw Social Media Response solution helps to organize the process of response for interactions occurring in social media. Interactive Flowcharts describes the social media response process. Action Mind Maps can be used to describe primary messages and good additions show examples of messages, and also defines the main objective of messaging for a specific situation. Use a flowchart created in ConceptDraw DIAGRAM using the Social Media Flowchart template that can be connected with Action Mind Maps.

1. Run ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.
2. Revial the Social Media Response solution on the Solutions panel.
3. Open the Social Media flowchart template. Now you have a workspace and a set of libraries for your flowchart.
4. Build your flowchart using a set of libraries staffed with Rapid Draw objects.

5. Select the object and call the Hypernote panel using the context menu.
6. Select the Link to file item. Browse your computer to choose the desired mind map file. A file will be linked with absolute path location by default. If you want to use a relative path, just check the corresponding option.

7. Save the Template as ConceptDraw DIAGRAM document using the Save As option.

Result: Visual navigation through the stages of a response process helps you locate specific actions to be taken via the Action mind map.
