How to Perform a Dynamic Presentation

Dynamic Presentation option enables you to make an interactive online presentation of ConceptDraw DIAGRAM documents. You can edit documents during the Dynamic presentation directly, adding notes, feedbacks and making it accurate and up to date in a moment. ConceptDraw DIAGRAM allows you to save a presentation as a slide show that opens immediately in a full-screen. Presentation mode enables you to look at your ConceptDraw drawings like a PowerPoint slideshow. There are several options to convert a ConceptDraw document into a slide show.

1. To show a document in presentation mode you should open a ConceptDraw document.
2. Start the presentation using the Presentation side panel. Activate The Presentation panel on a View tab (PC), or on the Main Toolbar (Mac).

3. Set the Autoswitch Slides option to display a multipage drawing as a slide-show.

4. Press the Play button to start your presentation on a full screen.
5. You can navigate through multiple pages by using your arrow keys.
6. If you want the document to open in presentation mode, save it as a ConceptDraw Slide Show document.
7. It is also possible to save a ConceptDraw DIAGRAM document in PowerPoint presentation format; to do that, select File Export Microsoft PowerPoint.

Result: It is also possible to save a ConceptDraw DIAGRAM document for web-presentations — just export document to Adobe SWF format.
