How to Manage a Multiple Project Participants Responsibilities With To-Do Mind Maps

Informing and communications are extremely important processes in any project. The situation of managing multiple projects requires special efforts in keeping the project team members informed about multiple tasks going on at once. It is appropriate to use a mind map for collecting and real-time representing of the current tasks, assigned to one person in each project.

1. Switch to Resource View and right click on the particular resource.
2. Select the microreport “Today Tasks List” from context menu.

3. ToDo list that contains the daily list of tasks assigned to the current person in all projects, will be generated as mind map (CDMZ), attached to email.

Result: A micro-report is a good tool to help you communicate better with your project team.
