How to Use Infographic in Presentations, Documents, and Publications

The Infographics area of Solutions contains add-ons for quick and easy drawing of Infographic type documents. ConceptDraw DIAGRAM provides a number of ways to output and share your Infographics. You can incorporate infographics into various format documents, or even present it immediately. Exporting, embedding, and pasting as a picture are the ways you can use to add ConceptDraw DIAGRAM drawings to presentations, documents, and publications. ConceptDraw DIAGRAM has extensive export capabilities which allow you to export your drawing as MS PowerPoint and Adobe PDF files. You can also embed a drawing into an HTML page after saving it in SWF or SVG formats.

1. Open ConceptDraw Document.
2. Go to the File menu, click Export, and select MS Power Point, Acrobat PDF, SWF or SVG format.
3. Choose a location to save your file and click “Save”.
4. Press “OK”.

Result: Infographics created with ConceptDraw DIAGRAM will help the audience better remember and learn from your presentation.
