How to Use Project Exchange Solution

ConceptDraw Project Exchange solution delivers the ability to exchange project data across different project applications. It provides ConceptDraw PROJECT and MINDMAP with the ability to import MS Project MPP file, and export to MS Project XML files. To access this functionality, you need to install the Project Exchange Solution via ConceptDraw STORE. Find it in the Collaboration category on the Solutions tab.

You can import MS Project native MPP files, as well as XML files to ConceptDraw PROJECT using the Import → MS Project option of the File menu.

To export a file from ConceptDraw PROJECT CDPZ to MS Project XML — just select Export → MS Project in the File menu.

Result: You can easily collaborate your project files with colleagues who use MS Project®.
