ConceptDraw OFFICE 9 Released

We, here at CS Odessa, are thrilled to introduce you to the new ConceptDraw OFFICE v9. The experienced development team consistently updates ConceptDraw products to stay relevant with business users around the globe.

ConceptDraw OFFICE v9 brings a set of improvements that help professionals visualize, maintain, and communicate all aspects of business workflows even more efficiently. It delivers new versions of each of the three components and enhanced access to integrated solutions for business diagramming, mind mapping, and project management.

Briefly about what’s new in the applications that comprise ConceptDraw OFFICE v9.

ConceptDraw DIAGRAM v16

• My ConceptDraw Custom Panel. Displays the ConceptDraw DIAGRAM documents, templates, libraries, and presentation files stored in the My ConceptDraw folder on your computer.
• Improved toolbar interface in the macOS version. The Toolbar icons got SF characters instead of PNG images. Therefore, the tool icons have become larger, and the selected tool is highlighted in the system color.

ConceptDraw MINDMAP v14

• Export to MP4 Format. You can save your mind map presentation as an MP4 slideshow and upload it to YouTube instantly.
• Importing ConceptDraw DIAGRAM Libraries. The ability to import ConceptDraw DIAGRAM libraries gives you access to an almost limitless variety of high-quality vector graphics.
• View Options. Use the View Options commands to temporarily hide unwanted elements from the front of your mind map. View Options can save you a good deal of time when preparing a mind map for print or when you’re about to present the same mind map to different audiences.

ConceptDraw PROJECT v13

• New Functionality for Allocating Resources Into Groups. ConceptDraw PROJECT allows you to organize resources into groups. You can create as many resource groups as you need. A single resource can belong to several groups. Use groups when creating reports to display summary information about resource assignments and loads.
• A new Report Was Added to the Micro-report Pool. Micro-reports are quickly created and understood, therefore they are useful as a tactical communication tool. The new "Today Task List to All Resources" report allows you to generate emails with a list of tasks for the current day for all employees with one click.
