CS Odessa Announces Update to Interactive Voice Response Diagrams Solution

The free addition to ConceptDraw Solutions extends the current set of vector libraries and sample drawings with new content that makes documenting complex IVR systems implementations easier than ever before.

The new version of solution updates the previous release with new library and sample documents. The updated collection of scalable graphics objects and sample drawings makes short work of developing and operating IVR systems for call centers and voice mail systems.

Interactive Voice Response Diagrams Solution offers a great variety of standard graphics icons and sample documents. This renewed content can be effectively used in depicting both static and dynamic models of Interactive Voice Response system and IVR interaction process by flowcharts.

The updated solution now includes 2 libraries containing 68 scalable vector objects along with a collection of 19 sample drawings.
