How to Add, Move, or Delete Connection Points on Mac

A connection point is a special point on an object that allows a connector to be attached to it. When a connector is glued to a connection point, the connection remains intact even if the connected object is moved.

Connection points can be added to any object in your drawing, as well as to blank areas of the document. This gives you greater flexibility when creating custom connections and controlling where connectors attach.

This tutorial explains how to add, move, and delete connection points in ConceptDraw DIAGRAM.

1. In the Shape tab, select the Point tool from the Operations section.
2. Click the location in your ConceptDraw document where you want to add a connection point.
   Aconnection point appears as the following symbol:
3. To move a connection point, click and drag it to the desired location.
4. To delete a connection point, click it once. The connection point turns red to indicate that it is selected. Thenpress Delete.
