How to Create a PowerPoint Presentation from a SWOT Matrix

SWOT Analysis can be used in strategic planning, brainstorming and decision making. We recommend using ConceptDraw MINDMAP for identifying and structuring factors employed in SWOT Analysis. 1. Run ConceptDraw STORE.
2. Reveal the “SWOT and TOWS Matrix” solution. You can find it in the Management section.
3. Click the “SWOT Analysis Mind Map” template preview. This will run ConceptDraw MINDMAP template file.

4. Perform a SWOT analysis by filling a template.

5. Reveal the Export options in the File menu and select MS PowerPoint.
6. Choose Outline mode in the dialog.

7. Choose a theme for your presentation from the list of predefined themes.
8. You can customize your presentation settings using the additional options.
9. Press the Next button to start exporting.
