How To Show Critical Path in ConceptDraw PROJECT Server

The critical path method is a way to determine all the tasks that will instantly affect the project finish date. The critical path means all the tasks that define the finish date in the project schedule. If one of such tasks is late by some days, then the project finish date will be prolonged by the same number of days. If the project schedule has some tasks that are not included in the critical path, his means that the project schedule can be optimized. If you refer to your current project schedule, you can explore the Gantt chart and quickly reveal the tasks that can be rescheduled.

1. Open ConceptDraw PROJECT Server. The Projects page will be opened by default.
2. Select a workspace and click the desired project title. The selected project will be opened in the Gantt chart view.
3. Select the VIEW SETTINGS button.
4. Select Show/Hide Critical Path to show/hide critical path.

Result: The Critical Path will be highlighted.
