How to Track Task Completions Through Multiple Projects

Project task completion statuses tracking guarantees that the needed task will be completed at the due time. ConceptDraw PROJECT Server lets you control all the projects in your workspace. As a licensee, you are the administrator of your workspace and have the priority right in managing any project downloaded to your workspace. The “Workspace Complete Activity” tab allows you to track all actions with task completion statuses performed by users who manage projects in your workspace.

1. Open ConceptDraw PROJECT Server. The Projects page will be opened by default.

2. Select a Workspace and open the Complete Activity tab using the drop-down menu.

3. Select projects using the switch on/off controls.

4. Select a time period using the calendar.

Result: Now you can see for what task and what project the Complete value was changed. Also, you can see who and when made this.
