How to Adjust Project Settings

The Settings page of a project displays the project setup options. Here, you find out a number of useful information: project name, start and finish date of the project, project duration, budget, project site, project objectives, company name, the name of the project manager, project priority.

Some Settings fields can be edited. The ability to edit project settings is available to the Administrator and Manager. The same page displays the project and resource calendar, which are also available for editing to workspace Administrator and Project Manager.

1. Run ConceptDraw PROJECT Server. The Projects page will be opened by default.
2. Click the project title to open it.
3. Select the Settings tab.
4. You can edit the following project information:

• •  Company name (2)
• •  Project Manager (3)
• •  Budget (4)
• •  Project objectives (5)
• •  Switch the first day of the calendar week from Sunday (default) to Monday (6)
