How to Monitor Resource Usage in ConceptDraw PROJECT Server

ConceptDraw PROJECT Server offers easy-to-use tools for management and distribution of human resources. You can view the list of all resources assigned to all your projects or just for the current project. The same resources can be used in different projects. Optimize the usage of human resources and effectively allocate resources within different projects by analyzing their overload or underload with Resource Usage tab.

1. Open ConceptDraw PROJECT Server. The Projects page will be opened by default.
2. Reveal the needed workspace and select the RESOURCE USAGE item from its drop-down menu.

3. Find the assignments of the certain resource from the shared workspace resource pool.
4. Analyze the employment of a particular resource. Values above 100% load are highlighted in red. The picture below illustrates how the two tasks that are assigned at the same time cause the resource overload.

5. Double-click a task to open the related Gantt chart.
6. Click the Side Panel button to edit the task’s start/finish dates and to fix the resource overloading.
