How to Create a Reflected Ceiling Plan
A Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) is a drawing of a room or building, looking down at the interior ceiling. Making RCP involves many different reflected ceiling plan symbols that can be managed using ConceptDraw DIAGRAM. You can design the reflected ceiling floor plan that shows the location of light fixtures and any other items that may be suspended from the ceiling. You can share your ceiling design ideas by saving drawings as graphics files or printing them. This RCP sample was drawn on the base of the prototype bathroom plan from the website of the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS), USA.

"A bathroom is a room for personal hygiene, generally containing a bathtub or a shower, and possibly also a bidet. In North America and some other regions, it characteristically contains a toilet and a sink; hence in North American English the word "bathroom" is commonly used to mean any room containing a toilet, even a public toilet (although in the United States this is more commonly called a restroom). In other countries, including the UK, Australia, France and Japan, homes may have a separate toilet. In Iran almost all homes have two distinct rooms for bathroom and toilet room." [Bathroom. Wikipedia]
The reflected ceiling plan example "RCP - Prototype bathroom design" was created using the ConceptDraw DIAGRAM diagramming and vector drawing software extended with the Reflected Ceiling Plans solution from the Building Plans area of ConceptDraw Solution Park.

Electrical and Telecom Plan Software
Electrical and Telecom Plans is an important part of architectural and engineering projects. They are technical drawings that display information about power, lighting, communication and telecommunication, and visually depict all electrical and telecom details including outlets, wires, circuit panels, etc. Created by architects, engineers, and designers, Electrical and Telecom Plans are necessary and obligatory for builders and electricians for correct installation electrical and telecom systems at different buildings, power plants, communication centers, electrical distribution systems, homes, flats, etc. ConceptDraw DIAGRAM with Electrical and Telecom Plans solution is a fast and effective way to draw: Electrical circuit diagrams, Electrical wiring diagrams, House electrical plans, Telecom plans, Control wiring diagrams, Power-riser diagrams, Reflected ceiling plans, Cabling layout schemes, Lighting panels layouts, etc. using vector symbols of electrical and telecommunication equipment, special symbols, lines, dimensions and notations. This reflected ceiling plan (RCP) sample illustrates the office lighting scheme.
"A reflected ceiling plan (RCP) shows a view of the room as if looking from above, through the ceiling, at a mirror installed one foot below the ceiling level, which shows the reflected image of the ceiling above. This convention maintains the same orientation of the floor and ceilings plans - looking down from above. RCPs are used by designers and architects to demonstrate lighting, visible mechanical features, and ceiling forms as part of the documents provided for construction." [Floor plan. Wikipedia]

The vector stencils library Registers, drills and diffusers contains 47 symbols of rectangular, circular, linear and troffer air handling inlet/ outlet components.
Use the design elements library Registers, drills and diffusers to draw reflected ceiling plans (RCP) and HVAC layout floor plans using the ConceptDraw PRO diagramming and vector drawing software.
"A ceiling is an overhead interior surface that covers the upper limit of a room. It is not generally considered a structural element, but a finished surface concealing the underside of the floor or roof structure above.
Ceilings are classified according to their appearance or construction. A cathedral ceiling is any tall ceiling area similar to those in a church. A dropped ceiling is one in which the finished surface is constructed anywhere from a few inches to several feet below the structure above it. This may be done for aesthetic purposes, such as achieving a desirable ceiling height; or practical purposes such as providing a space for HVAC or piping. An inverse of this would be a raised floor. A concave or barrel shaped ceiling is curved or rounded, usually for visual or acoustical value, while a coffered ceiling is divided into a grid of recessed square or octagonal panels, also called a "lacunar ceiling". A cove ceiling uses a curved plaster transition between wall and ceiling; it is named for cove molding, a molding with a concave curve." [Ceiling. Wikipedia]

Security and Access Plans
The Security and Access Plans solution may be utilized in order to develop detailed equipment and cabling layout plans, blueprints, and wiring diagrams on internal and external security and access control systems, video surveillance and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. IT specialists, security managers, and other guards may use it to quickly design security plans and access plans, security chart, physical security plan, access chart, or access scheme on desire.
This electrical floor plan sample shows the lighting and switch layout.
"In building wiring, a light switch is a switch, most commonly used to operate electric lights, permanently connected equipment, or electrical outlets. Portable lamps such as table lamps will have a light switch mounted on the socket, base, or in-line with the cord. Manually operated on/ off switches may be substituted by remote control switches, or light dimmers that allow controlling the brightness of lamps as well as turning them on or off. Light switches are also found in flashlights and automobiles and other vehicles." [Light switch. Wikipedia]

This HVAC floor plan sample shows the ventilation duct system layout.
"Ducts are used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to deliver and remove air. The needed airflows include, for example, supply air, return air, and exhaust air. Ducts commonly also deliver ventilation air as part of the supply air. As such, air ducts are one method of ensuring acceptable indoor air quality as well as thermal comfort.
A duct system is also called ductwork. Planning (laying out), sizing, optimizing, detailing, and finding the pressure losses through a duct system is called duct design." [Duct (flow). Wikipedia]
